What happens if the weather looks bad and we have to cancel?

As we all know, the weather is very unpredictable. We always leave the decision up to you. If you do decide to cancel, we would appreciate it if you could do so the day before your event.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Never use silly string in or around an inflatable. This will stain the vinyl and will ruin the graphics.

Yes, there is a delivery charge for every order which will be calculated during booking.

No. While most companies do, we do not require a deposit to secure your rental.

We will deliver to you in time for your event. We will then pick up the rental the following day at some point. You are more than welcome to use the inflatable until we arrive to pick it up.

Unfortunately, our insurance policy does not allow pick-ups. When we deliver, we make sure the inflatable is set up and secured safely.

No! Again, safety always comes first. Inflatables cannot go on the beach. Beach sand makes it very difficult to secure the inflatable. Also, high winds, tides, and sand will ruin the blower as well as the inflatable.

Grass is the best surface for your inflatable. Pavement or gravel can be acceptable, but please let us know when you order so we can bring the necessary equipment, such as tarps and weights.

When it comes to parks and public areas, please ensure that the electric outlets and water spigots are accessible prior to our arrival. Make sure the power and water supply are ready well before your event starts. We do have generators available for rent if electricity is an issue.

Yes! The inflatable needs constant air, so the blower must be on at all times when using the inflatable.

Absolutely not! The inflatables must not be moved or adjusted from the spot where the field technician secures them. Safety is always a priority. The inflatables are not designed to be part of any other prop.

The preferred method of payment is cash, and checks can be made out to CCIR.
